Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products online.

Different Skyrim collections may use different materials, including 316L stainless steel, gold plated finishes, silver and other materials specified on individual product pages.

Material, plating, stones, dimensions and other relevant specifications will be identified on the applicable product listing where available.

Claims such as waterproof, sweat resistant and anti tarnish apply only to products specifically described as having those characteristics.

Jewelry may naturally experience changes in appearance depending on usage, exposure, storage, chemicals, environmental conditions and care. Customers should follow any applicable care instructions provided with the product or on our website.

Section 5. Prices and Modifications

All product prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on our website and may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotions, discounts, collections, availability and other aspects of the Service at any time.

A price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed and accepted by us, except where there has been an obvious pricing, technical or listing error.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any product, collection, feature or portion of the Service without prior notice.

Certain products may be available exclusively through our online store and may be produced or stocked in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product purchased by an individual customer or included within an individual order.

Product availability is subject to stock.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory. A product may become unavailable before checkout or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays, failed delivery or additional shipping charges.

Section 8. Cash on Delivery and Order Refusal

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available, customers are expected to place orders with the genuine intention of accepting and paying for them upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, intentionally incorrect delivery information, fraudulent ordering behavior or abuse of our COD service may result in Skyrim restricting COD availability for future orders or requiring advance payment.

If you no longer wish to receive an order, please contact us as early as possible before dispatch.

Section 9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched, subject to order status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If a dispatched order is delivered and you wish to return or exchange it, eligibility will be determined according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Skyrim reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including due to stock errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, inability to verify an order or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling it.

Where applicable, payments already received for an order cancelled by Skyrim will be handled appropriately.

Section 10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible standard returns and exchanges must generally be requested within 7 days from delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Items must generally be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, cards and accessories to qualify.

Products received damaged, defective or incorrect are handled separately according to the procedures described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Section 11. Warranty

Selected Skyrim products may include a 1 year warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, where expressly stated.

Warranty coverage is separate from our return and exchange period.

Unless expressly covered by the applicable warranty, warranty coverage does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, loss, theft, scratches or damage resulting from unreasonable wear or failure to follow applicable care instructions.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Warranty claims may require photographs, videos, proof of purchase and/or inspection of the product before approval.

Approved claims will be resolved according to the nature of the defect, product availability and applicable warranty terms.

Section 12. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Skyrim may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, bundles or other special offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including minimum purchase requirements, eligible products, usage limits and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical error, misuse or suspected abuse.
